Scott Sheppard has earned a reputation for being honest and fair, possessing outstanding market knowledge, and exhibiting a tireless work ethic. Scott has been a licensed real estate professional since 2001 and has assisted clients in Cumberland County and throughout all of Southern New Jersey. Today, he is an award-winning top producer who specializes in residential listings and land sales as well as investment and commercial properties.
Scott’s breadth and depth of knowledge are of great benefit to his clients. Before entering the real estate industry, Scott grew up working in his family's business. This invaluable experience contributes to the business-minded approach he utilizes with his real estate team. Scott is also a former real estate appraiser-a skill that affords his clients tremendous insight into the variety of factors that affect property values.
Scott and his wife Suzanne enjoy spending time with family and friends including their dog Bear and their two children, Joshua and Hannah. Joshua is studying for his DMA at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY and Hannah works for Turnip Green Creative Reuse in Nashville, TN. Scott values family, friends, and the relationships he has spent years building with clients. Simply stated, he loves what he does particularly paving the way for his clients to achieve their dream of homeownership.
Bradley was born and raised in South Jersey and has a passion for real estate and serving his community. He attended St. Augustine Prep for high school, Temple University for 3 years, and finished his college education at Rowan University. Bradley has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since March of 2016 and has doubled his sales production year over year. He loves to spend his free time with his friends and family and has a passion for health and fitness. His main purpose for getting involved in real estate sales is to use real estate as a vehicle to achieve financial freedom - for both himself and his clients - and to help as many people with one of their biggest investments. His motto is to love, serve, care, and commit, and he found that real estate is a great outlet to fulfill them all.
